Football, together
Privacy, in plain terms
Understand what you share, what stays private and the controls available to you.
Information used by the app
- Account and profile
- Your email supports sign-in. Your chosen display name, username and optional biography identify you in the community.
- Contributions
- Posts, replies, source links, poll choices, chat, Shouts and uploaded photos or videos let you take part. Records include authorship and creation or edit times.
- Preferences and activity
- Followed communities, saved items, votes, inbox preferences, muted or blocked people, seats and stadium participation support the features you choose.
- Safety and service operation
- Reports, moderation decisions and restrictions support community review. Hosting and sign-in services can process connection information and security logs to deliver and protect the service.
The purpose of these records is to provide the selected account and community features, maintain service security and handle reported problems. Final public-operation details, including the responsible operator, legal bases for each purpose and retention periods, are still being completed.
What other people can see
Your chosen profile details, public posts, replies and community or match-room contributions can be read without signing in. These rooms are community spaces, not private direct messages. Media attached to a visible post is available to its readers.
Your account email is not a public profile field. Saved posts, inbox records and mute/block preferences are private to your account. Reports are private to authorised reviewers; they are not public posts. The reporting account receives an outcome in Inbox when a resolution is recorded. There is no personal report-history view in this version.
Muting changes what you see. Blocking also limits supported interactions, but neither makes already-public content private or prevents someone from reading it while signed out. Avoid including private addresses, documents or other people’s contact information in public contributions.
Cookies, local preferences and service providers
Sign-in uses session cookies when the connected account service is enabled. The browser also remembers your appearance and Quiet preferences on this device. Reading position and unsent work can be held while you navigate; do not rely on the app as a permanent backup of an unsent draft.
The current app has no advertising or audience-analytics tracker. Your home feed is built from the communities you follow. Explicit filters and chronological sorting change your view; there is no personalised recommendation feed.
Supabase provides the connected account, database, upload-storage and live-update services. Vercel hosts the public website. Hosting locations, email delivery arrangements and any international-transfer safeguards still need to be confirmed before general registration.
Fonts are served with the app. Source links open external websites with their own privacy practices. The populated review version also displays credited Wikimedia images and a video directly from Wikimedia; requesting those files contacts that external service.
Removing content and keeping records
You can edit or delete your own posts, replies and chat through their options. Removed content is hidden from ordinary public views. Conversation placeholders can remain so other people’s replies still make sense. If an attached upload cannot be removed immediately, the app offers a cleanup retry rather than claiming it has been erased.
Moderation removal can retain a record for review and possible restoration. Already-issued media links, external copies and service backups are distinct from the visible post. When account deletion is available, open Your data and confirm it separately. Deletion removes your profile, contributions, uploads and private app activity. Unattributed discussion placeholders preserve other people’s replies; safety records and reports from other people may remain without a link to your account. Once deletion starts, the account cannot publish; interrupted cleanup can be retried. The screen confirms completion only after the sign-in account is removed. An automatic retention schedule is not yet configured.
The operator must set necessary retention periods for accounts, uploads, moderation evidence, security logs and backups before general launch. This page does not promise that every record disappears immediately or is kept for a period that has not been established.
Your choices and rights
Use You to change your profile, appearance and followed communities. Manage muted or blocked supporters under Conversation preferences and reply notifications in Inbox. Your data provides a private download of available app records; photo and video binaries and private case records are outside that download.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
The public request channel is being established on Contact; the download does not replace a complete rights-request process. You can also contact Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). These rights are not conditional on first using an in-app download.
