Football, together

Make yourself at home.

A quick guide to your feed, your communities and matchday.

Start with your clubs

How do I build my feed?

Use Find your club in the header, or browse Communities. Follow a club or competition and its posts appear in Feed, newest first by default. Your clubs opens the list of followed clubs and their matches.

Open Filters in Feed to choose a followed community, category or post format, or read oldest first. Reset returns to all your followed communities, newest first. Votes and views do not rank your feed, and no recommended posts are added.

Browse communities
Why is my feed empty?

Your feed contains only posts from communities you follow. Follow a community to get started. If it has no posts yet, open its page and start the first discussion. You can still explore matches from Live.

Do I need an account?

You can read public matches, posts and conversations without signing in. An account lets you follow communities, save matches, post, reply and join stadium activities.

Sign-in uses an email link, without a password. If a link has expired or cannot be completed, request a new one from Sign in.

Posts and conversations

How do I share a post or photo?

Choose New post in Feed or on a community page. Pick a community you follow, then choose Text & media, Link or Poll. Add a title and optionally attach one photo or video. Link posts open the original source; polls accept two to six choices and close after one, three or seven days. Add a description to help people understand a photo without seeing it.

Open a post to read and reply. Share opens your device’s sharing options where available, or lets you copy the link.

How do votes, saved posts and search work?

Use the arrows to vote on a post or reply. Choose the same arrow again to remove your vote. Save keeps a private link under You → Saved posts. Search discussions from the Feed heading, or search within a community from its page.

Where do replies to me appear?

Open You → Inbox for replies to your posts or comments and outcomes of your reports. A reply opens at that exact comment. You can mark items read or unread and turn reply notifications off in Inbox preferences. This inbox does not send email or push notifications.

How do I report a problem?

Choose Report from the options beside a post, reply or chat message, or report from a supporter profile or Recent Shouts. Choose a reason and add only the context a reviewer needs. Reports are private. Moderators can remove content, lock a discussion or restrict participation; removing your own content remains available.

Read community guidelines
Can I edit or delete my posts and replies?

Open your post, then choose Post options or Reply options beside something you wrote. Edit lets you update the text; a saved change is marked Edited. Closing the editor keeps your unsaved changes while you browse. Choose Discard changes to start again.

Delete asks you to confirm. Deleting a post removes the whole discussion from public view. Deleting a reply keeps replies beneath it, with a reference to the deleted reply. These actions cannot be undone and do not delete your account.

Can I chat while looking at a match?

Yes. Open Chat and choose a match room or a community you follow. You can resize or minimize it and continue navigating. Posts in this panel lets you read and reply alongside the main page.

Keep alongside moves an open discussion into the panel. Read in main brings it back. Opening the full community page minimizes that community’s panel and keeps your draft.

Can I change a chat message?

Choose Message options beside something you wrote, then Edit message or Delete message. Saved edits are marked Edited. Deletion asks for confirmation and cannot be undone. You can still change your own match messages after leaving a seat.

Closing the editor keeps your edits in that room while you browse. If the message changes in another window, review the latest text before saving. Your unsent chat message stays separate from these edits.

How do I mute or block someone?

Open their supporter profile and choose Mute to hide their posts, replies, chat and Shouts for you. Block also prevents direct replies between you. Neither choice hides public content from people who are signed out.

Undo either choice on that profile or in You → Muted & blocked supporters.

Who can read what I write?

Posts, replies and community or match chat are public conversations. Choose a display name you are comfortable sharing, and keep private contact details out of messages and attachments.

Only upload photos or videos you have permission to share. A football broadcast clip is not automatically yours to upload.

Your account and data

How do I delete my account?

Open You → Your data, then Review account deletion. Download anything you want to keep first. Type DELETE to confirm the permanent removal of your profile, contributions, uploads and account activity.

Other people’s replies remain with anonymous placeholders for your contributions. Deletion cannot be cancelled after it starts. If cleanup is interrupted, choose Continue deletion; publishing stays disabled until it finishes. If deletion is unavailable, try again later to start or continue it. Safety records, backups and external copies have separate limits explained in Privacy.

Manage your data
How do I download my account data?

Open You → Your data to see what is included, then choose Download account data. The file includes your available contributions, preferences, upload inventory and match activity. It does not include photo/video files, private moderation records or authentication and session security records.

Preparation happens on the page. If the connection fails, you can retry without losing your place. Downloading does not change or delete your account.

View your data
Where can I find privacy and support information?

Read Privacy for public visibility, cookies, storage and your account controls. Terms covers contributions and community use. Contact explains the available help and reporting routes and the support details still being established.

Inside the stadium

How do I choose a side or a seat?

Open a match and look at Home, Away or Neutral. Looking at an area does not join it. Choose a seat when you want to take part; exact seat selection is optional.

Stats, Players and Events stay inside the match workspace. Details opens them in one focused view.

What are React, Shout and Verdict?

React sends a brief reaction icon from your seat. Shout shares a short message with the match. Each action shows whether it was accepted and when you need to wait before trying again. A newly received goal gets a brief stadium celebration. Turn Stadium effects off in Match options to hide these animations on your device.

After full time, Verdict lets supporters rate players and choose their Player of the Match. These are fan opinions, not official player ratings.

Can I make the stadium quieter?

Open Match options and turn Stadium effects off. ScoreCrowd also respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. Videos play only when you start them.

How current are scores and statistics?

Match sections show when data was received, when available. That timestamp does not guarantee that every match or statistic is current. A missing statistic should not be read as zero.
