Disagreement, celebration and a little friendly rivalry are part of football. Keep this a place supporters want to come back to.
Challenge the view, not the person
Disagree with the argument or the football decision. Do not threaten, harass or target people with abuse. Racism, hate and attacks on someone’s identity have no place here.
Leave room for a real conversation
Post in the relevant community. Use a clear title, add context and distinguish an opinion or rumour from a confirmed report. Repeated spam and attempts to overwhelm a conversation are unwelcome.
Protect people’s privacy
Keep private addresses, contact details and personal documents out of public posts, chat, Shouts and attachments. Do not impersonate another supporter, a player, a club or a ScoreCrowd operator.
Share responsibly
Only upload media you created or have permission to share. Link to the original source when discussing news. A broadcast clip is not automatically yours to upload. Do not share exploitative, sexually explicit or graphic violent material.
Keep the match enjoyable
Reactions and Shouts are for sharing the moment. Do not use them to harass someone, flood the stadium or evade an action limit. Crowd ratings express a football opinion; they are not an invitation to abuse a player.
When something is wrong
Use Report in the content’s options and choose the closest reason. Include only the context needed to explain the concern. Reports are private to the reporting account and people reviewing them; they do not start a public argument.
Content may be removed, a discussion may be locked or participation may be restricted after review. Do not create another account to evade a restriction. Reporting is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for an immediate threat.
